To support organizations in its Executive Talent Mining endeavors, Souks shall carry out all or a combination of the following roles:
Study the talent mining requirements and gain deeper insight of the position specification.
Gather more information and as needed, request the Job Description, available organization chart, etc.
Address potential talents from data bank, contacts, and networks.
Review all talent profiles and credentials, and carry out preliminary interview of potential talents.
Recommend talents worth seeing by the client.
Submit Assessment Reports of short listed talents along with CV Profiles.
Coordinate with short listed talents the schedule of interview as confirmed by the client.
Provide advisory and assist the client in coordinating with the talent until the final talent engagement process.
